All digital course purchases, pre-recorded classes, learning materials, and virtual resources are final and non-refundable.

6.2 Course Access

Once access to a class or course has been granted, no refund or cancellation is permitted.

6.3 Wrong Purchase

Users are responsible for reviewing course details before making a payment.
Preboye Tutors is not obligated to issue refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Change of mind

6.4 Payment Issues

If a user experiences payment failure or is charged incorrectly by their bank or payment provider, the user must contact the bank/payment channel directly. Preboye Tutors is not responsible for financial processing errors from third-party providers.

6.5 Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • You were charged but did not receive access within 72 hours

  • There is a proven technical error from our end preventing course access

All refund requests (for eligible cases only) must be submitted through official channels and reviewed by our team.
